Day 9...

"A Favorite Movie"

I don't think think an explanation is needed
on this one. Best. Movie. Ever.

Day 8...

"A Favorite Song"

I absolutely love this song. It reminds me
of my dad. Every time I hear it I tear up,
the way she sings this song is so powerful.
If you haven't heard it, the lyrics are below.
I highly suggest Googling it as well:)

"The Sound Of White"

Like a freeze-dried rose, you will never be,
What you were, what you were to me in memory.
But if I listen to the dark,
You'll embrace me like a star,
Envelope me, envelope me...
If things get real for me down here,
Promise to take me to before you went away -
If only for a day.
If things get real for me down here,
Promise to take me back to the tune
We played before you went away.

And if I listen to, the sound of white,
Sometimes I hear your smile,
and breathe your light.
Yeah if I listen to, the sound of white ..
You're my mystery. One mystery.
My mystery. One mystery.

My silence solidifies,
Until that hollow void erases you,
Erases you so I can't feel at all.
But if I never feel again, at least that nothingness
Will end the painful dream, of you and me...
If things get real for me down here, promise to take
me to Before you went away, if only for a day.
If things get real for me down here, promise to take me
back toThe tune we played before you went away.

And if I listen to, the sound of white
Sometimes I hear your smile,
and breathe your light.
Yeah if I listen to, the sound of white
Sometimes I hear your smile,
and breathe your light.
And if I listen to, the sound of white.

I knelt before some strangers face,
I'd never have the courage or belief to trust this place,
But I dropped my head, 'cos it felt like lead,
And I'm sure I felt your fingers through my hair...

And if I listen to, the sound of white sometimes
I hear your smile, and breathe your light.
Yeah if I listen to, the sound of white.
The sound of white,
The sound of white,
The sound of white.

Day 7...

"Something I want to buy"

One Word: LOVE. I am obsessed with
this dress for some reason. I want it, I need
it, I really really LOVE it. Two problems though:
1) It's $90 (kinda expensive) and 2) I have a
pregnant belly so it probably wouldn't fit at the
moment. But I just love it. I just have to have it.
In 4 months its going to be my first purchase.
(I think I like the teal one better)

Day 6...

"Something I bought recently"

We had a fun, romantic Valentine's Weekend this
past weekend. Brett got us a room Downtown, we went
to Tucano's (AMAZING!!) and Brett took me on a shopping
spree. We went to The Gateway and took a trip to Forever 21
(got the striped shirt and a scarf) and Downeast (the white
and gray shirts, and a few others). It was so much fun, so
relaxing and much needed:)

Day 5...

"Top 10 pet peeves"

1. Being stuck behind slow drivers. Definitely my
#1 pet peeve. I FREAK out! And it always happens
to me on my way to work, when I am in a rush. I get
stuck behind some idiot who decides to go 10 under.
ANNOYING!

2. When I am holding something one minute and the next
minute I can't find it. I am awesome at misplacing
not only my phone, but pretty much anything I touch.
And since I have been pregnant, it has only gotten worse.
Super frustrating.

3. When I bite my tongue. Ouch!

4. When I am driving in the fast-lane and the person
ahead of me is driving super slow and blocking me.

5. When little kids throw tantrums. I am going to
have to really work on that one...

6. When someone starts telling me a story in
the middle of a movie I've never seen before.
Can't you just wait til it's done?

7. When I see married guys with their wives and
see them check out other women. BARF! And you
got married because?

8. In the words of my mom (after seeing a few
girls at the mall whose clothes were literally falling
off of them and their love-handles were
exploding out of their pants) "Why is that only
the fat girls try to wear clothes that are 5 sizes too
small for them?"

9. My hair. I hate that it grows about an inch
every 3 months. So annoying.

10. When I go places and there are foreign people
there and THEY get mad when someone
cannot speak their language...ummm...last time
I checked this is America and we speak English.
