California + A New Addition to our Family....

California was a B to the Last!!! It couldn't have gone better except for the fact that, as we were taking pics around the Oakland Temple grounds, Brett slipped and fell and ended up with 3 chipped teeth, a bruised hip, chin and nose, scrapes all over his face and a horrible cut on his lip that bled for 13 hours after the incident. But, in true Brett fashion, he took it like a champ and didn't complain. He is amazing. I, on the other hand, would have been bawling my eyes out. He was so great and "manly." Besides that, we went all around San Fran, Six Flags for a day, got some free dental work done thanks to Brett's Uncle Kevin, had the most amazing Sushi ever and at the cheapest prices, and 30 hours of car ride together sharing stories, going down memory lane, listening to some very good talks on tape, and belting out our favorite tunes from the good old days (thank you Backstreet Boys and N*Sync). It was SO much fun. So, now that you know the background behind these pics, I will just post them and then continue down below:

Okay, so in the second half of the title to this post it states: A New Addition to our Family. No, I am not pregnant. That will not be happening for a couple of years at least (unless Heavenly Father has something else planned that we don't). Everyone, I would like to now introduce the future member of our family. He is a mix between an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. Meet Bouncer!!

Isnt' he absolutely ADORABLE?!

Oh he is just so fat and cute. I have wanted a Bulldog for a while now and it just so happens that our pup Daisy needs a friend pretty badly since Brett and I are too boring for her;) No, she just needs another pup in the house to play and wrestle with. And, since I have wanted a Bulldog for so long, and since this one was on KSL for an extremely amazing price and was the perfect description for a pal for Daisy (16 months old, playful, fun, energetic, loves to cuddle, potty-trained) we just couldn't refuse!! He is currently in Vernal and we put a deposit down on him so we should be getting him no later than 2 weeks from now (we are going to Chicago next week so I don't want to get him until after so we can bond with him) and I just cannot wait for him to come home with us! I cannot wait to cuddle with him and see how him and Daisy interact. It will be interesting but so fun. Bouncer, we already love you so much and cannot wait to have you as part of our family.
