They are super ordinary but they have a little bit of flare and I just loved them. So, I entered the drawing in EVERY way that I could ( you had up to 4 entries) and I kept checking the blog to see if she posted the winner, and kept checking and checking and checking. And lone behold, I WON! I never win anything!!! So, naturally, I was super happy and jumping up and down. Brett thought I was a little crazy, but he was cute and very happy for me. Those lovely earrings are going to be mine for FREE! Love it!
Other than that most exciting event, things have been great. Brett is almost done with the semester. He has been studying like a madman the last week for two major tests in his classes and he thinks he did really well on both which makes us very happy:) And I have just been working and working and working.
One thing that we have changed is we are going to the gym on a regular basis, and I have been eating super healthy. I drink tons of water, eating TONS of fruit and veggies and watching my calories. I have been feeling SO great, and have started to see small results already which has been awesome and makes it so much easier to keep doing it. The gym hasn't been bad either, I can do 40 minutes on the Elliptical and it's like it's nothing. It's awesome and shocking, since I haven't worked out for 2 years besides a couple of times a month ago. It's been great! And Brett loves to go with me, and it's so much easier to do it when you have a buddy to go with:) So things have been fabulous with that. That is about the biggest thing that has gone on with us.
But, no worries, once the holidays come (like this next week!!!!!!!!) I will be blogging more for sure! I have missed it. I guess I need to find little things to blog about too, not just the big things. I will work on that, because I really do feel like a slacker!
